Chertsey to Paris; Sponsored Cycle Ride
Organised by the Crown Hotel, Chertsey, Alan Graham (also known as Spike), who works for B-Sky-B, will be cycling together with a group of about 12 from Chertsey to Paris. If you would like to join those cycling, please contact Tony at The Crown Hotel, Chertsey on 01932 564657. Training has begun but anyone welcome to join in. Funds raised will be split between The Stephanie Marks Appeal and Meadowcroft School.

Launch of recipe book 'Delicious Dining'
Recipes are still invited to be included in a new book 'Healthy eating for people with diabetes and their families'. With a foreword by Antony Worrall Thompson, will be on sale from the Autumn with all proceeds going to the Appeal.

Now in its fourth year, our annual Living with Diabetes Day has been described as a 'Day of Information and Inspiration'. Aimed at patients, carers and their families, the event has been well attended and universally applauded. This is an opportunity to listen to the experts, chat with others in similar situations, visit exhibitions offering a wide selection of products, services and advice and have your questions answered.
